Why did my TP/SL execute at a different price?

How market conditions affect TP/SL execution price.

Take Profit and Stop Loss (TP/SL) orders, when triggered, submit Market Orders and can face slippage during low liquidity or high volatility events.

Market Orders are not guaranteed to execute at the exact price of the trigger, but instead execute immediately at the current Quoted Price when the trigger is crossed.

To minimize slippage and have more control over the final price, you can set slippage limits or use limit orders.
